The Rochester Queer Arts Festival is built by community—artists, makers, performers, foodies, and the friends who cheer them on. Whether you want to light up a stage, fill the marketplace with your creations, pour a perfect cocktail as a sponsor, or help young talent shine, we’ve saved a place for you.

Open Applications

• Sponsor the Festival – Power the stages, gallery, photo booth & more, and enjoy VIP perks.

• Poster Design Contest – Create the official 2025 artwork seen on every shirt and banner.

• Become a Vendor – Reserve an 8′×8′ booth and share your handmade goods.

• Fashion Show Applications - Submit as a Designer or Audition to be a Model

• Sell Your Drag! – Queens and kings: clear your closet and sell iconic looks.

• Performer Application – Drag, music, dance, poetry, comedy—own one of our three stages.

• Student Artist Submission – High-school & college creators: show and sell your work, fee-free.

• Food Vendor Application – Feed the crowd from your food truck or snack cart.

• Workshop & Demo Proposal – Teach a 20-min demo or a 50-min hands-on class.

• Festival Staff Positions – We are looking for door monitors, customer service liaisons, workshop and student gallery monitors, and more!
