Showcase your creativity, connect with thousands of art-lovers, and celebrate LGBTQIA+ talent under one roof at Village Gate Square on Saturday, October 11, 2025! We’re seeking passionate makers, artists, and food artisans whose work uplifts individuality and queer joy.

How to apply

  • Application deadline: August 15, 2025
    (Submit early—spaces fill quickly!)

  • Notification of status: August 18, 2025
    You will receive an email indicating whether you are accepted, wait-listed, or declined.

  • Confirmation window for accepted vendors:
    To secure your spot, pay your booth invoice and sign the required liability release within 72 hours of acceptance.

Vendor Packages

WAIT LIST ONLY: Atrium Vendor - $125; Includes an 8x8’ vendor booth space. Does not include electricity, tables, or chairs, all of which are available for an additional rental fee. Slightly larger spaces available. Close to the action of the bar and main stage where the drag shows will happen. This area will tend to be louder and the energy will be higher. If you’re looking for more of a party atmosphere for your booth, this may be for you! Double booths available for $200

WAIT LIST ONLY: Event Tent Vendor - $125; Includes a 10x10’ vendor booth space (our largest single booth available). Does not include electricity, tables, or chairs, all of which are available for an additional rental fee. These booths our located in our large walled-in event tent space, adjacent to the high-traffic area of our food trucks. The event tent will be home to a bar and lounge, as well as our largest stage - home to performances by musical groups, drag performances, and and our Beyond Labels Fashion Show in the afternoon!

WAIT LIST ONLY: Entrance Hall Vendor - $100; Includes a 6x6 vendor space. Maximum table size 6’. Perks: you will be the first vendors seen as guests enter the property. Away from the main stage, so booths will be quieter. Ideal for vendors who need to do a lot of speaking to the guests, etc.  Due to the limited width of the corridor, maximum spaces are smaller than in the atrium. Double booths available for $175. 

NonProfit/Small Business - Information Table Only - $100. Info tables are 6’, and we cannot guarantee location. 

Vendor Upgrades Available: 

Electricity - $75. VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY and will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. 

Table and Chairs Rental - $25. A 6 or 8 foot table (depending on your booth size/location), and two folding chairs. 

Passport inclusion - $25. Your booth/business will be printed on the “passport.” Attendees will stop by your booth to collect a sticker/stamp. Guarantee people come to your booth! Only 25 available. Pay only $25 and donate something small to be included in the raffle!
