Feed the Festival
The Rochester Queer Arts Festival will welcome more than 1,500 art lovers, families, and hungry revelers—and we want your kitchen on wheels in the mix. Whether you sling full-on entrées or sweet grab-and-go treats, this is your chance to serve the city’s most colorful crowd.

Fee Structure
Entrée Food Trucks and Vendors– $175
Full-service trucks, trailers, or large carts offering meals or savory mains.Snack & Dessert Carts and Vendors – $100
Ice-cream bikes, coffee carts, pastry pop-ups, or any quick-bite specialists.Electric Hook-Up (optional) – +$25
Access to a dedicated 110-V outlet; limited connections available.
Each vendor space accommodates vehicles up to 30' long (larger rigs? Let us know in your form). Fees include on-site trash disposal, overnight security, event-wide promotion, and a listing on the festival food-map.

(Accepted, wait-listed, or declined via email.)Confirmation Window: Accepted vendors have 72 hours to pay their invoice, upload required documents, and sign the liability release to lock in their spot.
What You’ll Need to Upload
At time of application:
A photo of your truck/cart.
A photo of your menu with prices.
At time of acceptance:
Copy of current Monroe County or State health-department license/inspection.
Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1 M per occurrence, naming “Rochester Queer Arts Festival” as additional insured).
State sales-tax certificate (NYS Certificate of Authority).
